- Online Message Board approach makes it much more practical (read: cost-efficient) and allows more honest and interactive discussion among respondents who would not be as frank or would simply refuse to participate on the phone.
- Generates wealth of “stories” on the relevant competitive challenges and opportunities – as well as informed explanations of the earlier peeks and valleys in the historical sales data.
